One of the best parts of being a London wedding photographer is having the opportunity to shoot in such unique venues, such as this lovely wedding at the Brunel Museum in Southwark, South London.  The Brunel Museum is three great venues all in one, you have the interesting museum itself where Andrew and Hannah’s ceremony took place, the gorgeous rooftop where guests can enjoy drinks, then you can party underground in the grand entrance hall.

This was a day with a lot of emotions amongst the intimate crowd in this interesting venue.  It’s a pretty compact space for the ceremony, but this made for some great photos as you can really capture everything that’s going on.  The ceremony had some lovely moments between them, great for a documentary wedding photographer.  The speeches were one of the favourite parts of this day, there were a lot of speakers and they had great stories of this lovely couple.  There was a great moment where there was a clip from the Countdown TV show team had sent in dedicated to them.  It was a bit of a wet day but it didn’t stop the fun, a great atmosphere all day.

The Grand Entrance Hall is a unique place to have your wedding reception!  It makes for a totally different look and feel to the photos.  There was a great band that rounded this day off kept everyone on their feet all evening.  It was a privilege to be part of Hannah and Andrew’s day, all the best to them for the future.
